New Home Custom Build In Cape Paterson
This was a high end build, double story home we completed in beautiful Cape Paterson near Wonthaggi in South Gippsland.
Ensuite Renovations
This job was ripping out the old ensuite with the dark vanity cabinet, old shower and dark tiles. The space was made much more inviting with a shower renovation, smart white cabinetry and large sized floor tiles. The ensuite renovation makes the existing space look larger in size.
Deck And Patio Projects
This was a major project to demolish an existing deck add a huge, wrap around second story deck to be able to enjoy the views over the neighbouring park at the rear of the property. Hardwood merbau decking, plus unobtrusive glass balustrading keeps the space safely enclosed for grandchildren.
A narrow verandah has been added to provide protection from the elements during the hotter weather which leads to stairs running up the side of the house in Wantirna South.
Traditional Windsor Picket Fence
This is a project for a client with a heritage home wanting a traditional picket fence in keeping with the era of the home. We built the picket fence from cypress with a splayed gate entrance which opened up to the brick path leading to the front door.
Bathroom Renovations
Theses bathroom renovations were long overdue as the existing space was cramped, badly laid out and very dark as there was only a tiny window. We ripped everything out including the window, installing a nice long window to allow natural light in.
Large rectangular sandstone floor tiles bring the illusion of extra space as does the large rectangular mirror above the new vanity unit.
To keep the feeling of airy lightness, a large, bevelled edge glass shower screen keeps water from splashing out over the tiles.
Laundry Renovations
Laundries are an often overlooked area and we have completed some great laundry renovations!
Depending on your budget and the size of your laundry, we can offer custom cabinetry to increase storage space as well as custom shelving. These are examples of remodeling the existing space by adding cupboards, extra shelving and bench tops for storage and folding clothes.

Garage Installations
More of a barn than a garage, this project was set on a far close to Melbourne. The soft red of the recycled bricks sets off the heavy wooden double doors to allow farm machinery in and out. The roof is a pitched Colorbond roof.
Garage Installations
This double garage installation was added to the front of the property and built in a sympathetic style to compliment the angles of the existing home. The owners want their new garage to blend in as much as possible with the darker feature garage door highlighting aspects of the house.
Patio Installations
Decks, patios and steps are a great addition to homes and there are so many styles, sizes and flooring to choose from. Decking boards can be laid straight or diagonally along with railing to delineate the space.
